THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of , 2013, among the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council (herein referred to as “GPDSC”), the Circuit Public Defender Office of the Brunswick Judicial Circuit (herein referred to as “the Public Defender Office”), and the governing authority of Glynn County, as body politic and a subdivision of the State of Georgia (herein referred to as “the County”). This agreement is effective July 1, 2013.
