WHEREAS, in the performance of your work with HFD you will receive and HFD may disclose, information relating to products, proposed products, marketing plans, contractors, staff, suppliers, customers, prospects, sales processes, financial information, business strategies, business plans, market information, product and delivery strategies, services and/or proposed services, employee and owner salaries, etc. this information and any other forms of information that HFD deems proprietary and confidential will be considered proprietary and confidential for the purposes of your work with HFD, whether HFD gives you access to that information knowingly or unknowingly;
