This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) amends and is incorporated into the terms of any existing and current agreement between Ranorex GmbH (“Ranorex”) and [C u s t o m e r l e g a l n a m e h e r e] (“Customer”), which, as a result, Ranorex accesses, collects, acquires, receives, transfers, processes, and/or uses Personal Data (defined below) from or on behalf of Customer or its Affiliates (“Agreement”).
