WHEREAS the Republic of Haiti (hereinafter referred to as “Haiti”) is a party to the Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America (hereinafter referred to as “the Tlatelolco Treaty”) opened for signature at Mexico City on 14 February 1967;
