At the December 21 meeting of the Mount Clemens City Commission a 16 year, six percent payment in lieu of taxes and a $30,000 municipal services agreement for the Edison Crossing I project by Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. was approved unanimously “subject to the negotiation of a municipal services agreement and PILOT ordinance acceptable to the administration and city attorney.”
