THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT hereinafter referred to as “MOA” is made and entered into as of this 1st day of July, 2010 2015, by and between the County of Sacramento, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY” and the County of Orange, acting through its Social Services Agency, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “CONSORTIUM MEMBER.” COUNTY and CONSORTIUM MEMBER may be referred to individually as “ Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
