MEMBER / GUEST RELEASE, WAIVER, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

In consideration for being permitted to now and in the future enter the property of CORE Shooting, LLC d/b/a ALTUS Shooting Solutions, and CORE Shooting Center, LLC d/b/a ALTUS Shooting Solutions (collectively, “ALTUS”) both Florida limited liability companies to use the facilities, amenities, equipment, real property, personal property and lodging located therein (“Property”), as well as to conduct or engage in Dangerous Activities on the Property, including, but not limited to, instruction in the use of firearms, use of the premises, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned Participant Guest, individually and/or on behalf of my minor child as applicable, (hereinafter collectively “I” or “me”), expressly agree to the terms of this, RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Form”), and accept
