This Agreement specifies the Terms under which the Sub Agent will introduce to the Underwriting Agent business on behalf of it’s clients which it wishes to be placed by the Underwriting Agent with either Lloyd’s Brokers, Lloyd’s Syndicates or Insurance Companies, the Insurers.
