This Master Subscription Agreement is between the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contractor acting on behalf of Uptake Technologies, Inc. (“Uptake”) and the eligible Ordering Activity under GSA Schedule contracts identified in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document (“Customer” or “Ordering Activity”). This Master Subscription Agreement and any Order Forms referencing it constitute the “Agreement.”
