THIS Agreement to Manage a Community Garden (“AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into as of by and between the CITY OF BURBANK (“CITY”), a municipal corporation and the LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY GARDEN COUNCIL, Inc. (“LACGC”), a tax-exempt non-profit corporation (collectively “PARTIES”).
