This Articulation Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between the Regents of the University of Michigan, a lvlichigan Constitutional Corporation, on behalf of the University of Michigan-Flint School of Management ("UM­ Flint", located in Flint, Michigan, and Kirtland Community College ("College"), located in Grayling, Michigan to provide an easy transition for College students transferring to the University of Michigan-Flint.
