This Interconnection Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of December, 2005 (the "Effective Date") by and between Price County Telephone Company ("Price County") and Price County Information Systems, LLC (“SYSTEMS”) (collectively “PCTC”), a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 105 North Avon Avenue, P.O. Box 108 Phillips, Wisconsin 54555-0108 and Dobson Cellular Systems, Inc. for itself and as market manager for American Cellular Corporation f/k/a ACC of Wisconsin, LLC (“ACC”), a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 14201 Wireless Way Oklahoma City, OK. 73134. PCTC and ACC are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
