This Consortium Agreement is based upon Regulation (EU) No 1290/2013 of The European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 laying down the rules for the participation and dissemination in “Horizon 2020 – the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014-2020)”; the Regulation (EU) No 1291/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 establishing Horizon 2020 — the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014-2020), with approved execption fixed by QUANTERA, the ‘ERA-NET’ and is made on 10/07/2020 hereinafter referred to as the Effective Date, between the following Participants.
