This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for ongoing maintenance of the dataset of the Texas Music Directory is entered into by and between the Texas Music Office within the Office of the Governor (“OOG”) and the (“City”). The OOG and City shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
