The Company owns and operates a digital platform accessible at https://www.learningbranch.com/ that provides speech and text-based assessment and training, user management, content management and delivery, artificial intelligence tools, reporting, and analytics for prospective or incumbent employees (the “SAAS Services”). Subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement (defined below), the Customer wishes to engage the Company for access and use of the Company’s SAAS Services.
