A Personal Accident insurance contract is hereby signed between NOSSA – NOVA SOCIEDADE DE SEGUROS DE ANGOLA, S.A., hereinafter referred to as the Insurer, and the Policyholder identified in the Specific Conditions. This contract conforms to what is laid down in the General, Special and Specific Conditions of this Policy, in agreement with the statements made in the proposal that served as a basis and which is an integral part of the policy.
