Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking an experienced Landlord to provide a Private Sector Leasing service to the Council. The Council has a requirement to provide housing across the Borough of Hertsmere and requires an agent to secure leases with private home owners to lease their properties to Tenants nominated by the Council. The chosen landlord will be required to provide a full property management service including the responsibility for all repairs.
