This Clinical Education Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of this day of , 2021 (“Effective Date”) between Wayne County Public Schools (“Facility”) and The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority d/b/a Atrium Health Cabarrus on behalf of its Cabarrus College of Health Sciences (“College”).
