This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and What’s For Dinner Technologies, LLC d/b/a Culineer (“Company”). This Agreement governs your use of the Culineer mobile application (“Application”) available for download on our website, culineerapp.com, and through the App Store and Google Play. The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
