Please read these Xumo TV Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) carefully. Comcast Cable Communications, LLC (collectively, “Comcast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Xumo. This Agreement governs your use of the Xumo TV platform (collectively, “Xumo”), designed to access and play digital content on a compatible smart television connected to the Internet together with an associated voice-controlled remote control (“Smart TV”). Xumo includes any operating system, user interface, and remote-control software and firmware provided by Comcast that may be pre-installed on your Smart TV or may be provided from time to time as a software update, and also includes any mobile applications, voice assistant plug-ins, or other software, Comcast provides to be used on a device other than a Smart TV but which are designed to control a Smart TV (“Xumo App”).
