This Agreement, entered into by and between the Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, hereinafter referred to as the "Town" and Sudbury Police Union, Massachusetts Coalition of Police Local 370 AFL, CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "MassCOP" or the "Union", is designed to maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Town and such of its employees who are covered by the provisions of the Agreement, in order that a more efficient and progressive public service may be rendered.
