THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act this day 11th of March 2016 between the QBE INSURANCE (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD of 1 Raffles Quay #29-01, South Tower Singapore 048583 (hereinafter called the Company”) of the one part and the SINGAPORE INSURANCE EMPLOYEES’ UNION, a trade union registered under the Trade Unions Act and having its registered office at 190 Middle Road, #10-07 Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979 (hereinafter called the "Union”) of the other part.
