This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), entered into this 15th day of June 2005, is entered into by and between KMC Data LLC (“KMC”), a Delaware limited liability corporation, and Sprint Missouri, Inc., a Missouri corporation (“Sprint”), to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
