This Annex shall be for the purpose of collaborating to explore and evaluate potential Venus mission concepts and payloads. Rocket Lab has a Photon satellite bus, and it will provide information on operations concepts on its Photon satellite bus accommodations in conducting Venus operations. NASA will evaluate planned capabilities of the Rocket Lab Photon satellite bus and utilization of NASA’s entry system technology, including scientific payload analysis, in conducting Venus operations.
