In consideration of the equipment I (also referred to as the Borrower) am borrowing from Generac Power Systems, LLC, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Generac Power Systems, LLC and its parent and affiliates (collectively referred to hereinafter as Generac), including their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, actions, liability losses and costs, including attorney fees, which Generac may sustain or incur, arising out of any death of, or injury to any person or damages to any property, which result from the use or operation of the above described equipment.
