his/her guests entering the legally designated property know as Sandy Harbor Marina. Failure to abide by the following provisions subjects signatory to removal of his/her boat from the marina, and forfeiture of all rental fees, as well as any and all local, county, state, and federal laws as they apply. Payment of appropriate fees, and docking of a boat at said facility, can be construed as understanding of, and agreement with, the terms and conditions of this agreement.
