Notice is hereby given that the City of Forest Grove (“City”) is requesting Proposals for the development of a Master Plan for the Forest Grove Loop Trail and the full design of Kyle Park. The Parks Master Plan was adopted in 2016 which contained a concept for each of these areas, however, not a master plan and/or design for either. The City desires to enter into a professional services agreement with a qualified firm who can demonstrate competency and experience in development of design services for municipal parks and trails.
