Chauncey Avenue, West Lafayette, Indiana 47906 (hereinafter called the "OWNER"), and Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. a New York corporation, with offices at 115 West Washington Street, Suite 1270S, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 (hereinafter called "PB").
