This Policy is a contract made between the Insured Person and Chartis Kenya Insurance Co.Ltd, the Company. The Company agrees to provide insurance on the basis set out in this Policy provided the premium is paid when due and the Company agrees to accept it. Any endorsement to the Policy or the insurance certificate shall form part of the Policy.
