This Genesys Cloud End User Agreement and the documents referenced herein (the “EUA”) contain terms and conditions that govern the customer’s, as identified in the Order (defined below) to which this EUA is incorporated by reference (“You,” “Your,” or “Customer”), access to, and use of, the Cloud Services (as defined below) as identified in the Order between You and ConvergeOne, Inc. or its applicable Affiliate (“ConvergeOne”).
