Ford & Associates (“Municipal Advisor”) appreciates the opportunity to continue its role as municipal advisor to the School Board of Polk County, Florida, (the “Board”). Upon your acceptance, this engagement letter (the “Agreement”) will serve as our mutual agreement with respect to the terms and conditions of our continuing engagement as your municipal advisor, effective on the date this Agreement is executed by the Board (the “Effective Date”).
