This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective July 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) and is between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (“District”) and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company, a Massachusetts corporation authorized to transact business in Florida (“Contractor”). The District and Contractor may be referred to singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.
