THIS AGREEMENT is made and effective this 1st day of October, 2019, by and between the City of Daytona Beach Shores, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the “City”, whose address is 2990 South Atlantic Avenue Daytona Beach Shores, Florida 32118, acting by and through its authorized City officials pursuant to the City Charter of the City, and attorney Steven deLaroche, as “Special Magistrate/Hearing Officer”. Together, the City and attorney Steven deLaroche are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”
