Plaintiff KIMBERLY BIRBROWER (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated and by and through her counsel, and Defendant QUORN FOODS, INC. (“Quorn” or “Defendant”), by and through its counsel, hereby enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement Agreement”), subject to the approval of the Court.
