The Orthopaedic Summit: Evolving Techniques (OSET) is committed to presenting activities that promote improvement in health care and are independent of the control of Commercial Interests. As part of this commitment, OSET, Inc. has outlined in this letter of agreement the specific use of Commercial Support for the activity identified below. Commercial Support is defined as financial or in-kind contributions given by a Commercial Interest that are used to pay all or part of the cost of an activity. A Commercial Interest is any entity producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing healthcare goods or services consumed by or used on patients. The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons is the ACCME Accredited Provider for this activity.
