This INTERGOVERMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered between WASHINGTON COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, acting by and through its elected officials, hereinafter referred to as "County", and City of Beaverton, an Oregon municipal corporation, acting by and though its City Council, hereinafter referred to as “City.” County and City may be jointly referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
