THIS AGREEMENT, is entered into as of the latest date following the signatures hereon, by and between the VILLAGE OF WILMETTE, an Illinois municipal corporation and a home rule unit as described in the Illinois Constitution (hereinafter “Wilmette”), and the VILLAGE OF KENILWORTH, an Illinois municipal corporation and a non-home rule unit as described in the Illinois Constitution (hereinafter “Kenilworth”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
