This Amendment No. 6 (the “Amendment”) shall be deemed effective on December 1, 2006 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) by and between Verizon Pennsylvania Inc., f/k/a Bell Atlantic – Pennsylvania, Inc. (“Verizon”), a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103, and RCN Telecom Services, Inc. (f/k/a RCN Telecom Services of Pennsylvania, Inc.) and RCN Telecom Services of Philadelphia, Inc., (“RCN”), both Pennsylvania corporations with offices at 196 Van Buren Street, Herndon, Virginia 20170. (Verizon and RCN are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”) This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “Commonwealth”).
