The Franklin Public Schools (District) agrees to implement this Resolution Agreement (Agreement) with the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) to resolve the above-referenced complaint alleging violations of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its implementing regulation at 34 C.F.R. Sections 100.3(a) and (b). This Agreement is made pursuant to Section 302 of OCR’s Case Processing Manual.
