This Agreement made at Hyderabad this day of 2008 between AAROGYASRI HEALTH CARE TRUST., a Trust incorporated under the Indian Trusts Act and having its Registered Office at 3rd floor, New Municipal Complex, Koti, Sultan Bazaar, Hyderabad-500 001 hereinafter referred to as "TRUST” which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall deem to mean and include its successors and assigns of the ONE PART.
