FIBRE TO THE BUSINESS - TERMS AND CONDITIONSApril 9th, 2020
These terms and conditions of business govern the relationship between Metro Fibre Networx Proprietary Limited (“METROFIBRE” or “MFN”) and you (“Customer”) in all instances where: (i) no written Retail or Wholesale Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) has been formally executed by the parties; (ii) where METROFIBRE has delivered or is about to deliver its services based on the issue of a Quotation for New Service, Order, Service Detail or Service Confirmation; (iii) where METROFIBRE has held meetings with you in respect of a proposal setting out METROFIBRE’s scope of work and fees; and (iv) where METROFIBRE services may have been requested or ordered via telephone or through our website.
