This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2019, by and between the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization, hereinafter called FORWARD PINELLAS, and the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, hereinafter called PSTA, collectively referred to as the “parties.”
