This document acts as an agreed upon Terms of Token Sale (“Terms”) between you (“Purchaser,” “You”) and Knowledge Stars, a Nevada limited liability company (“Knowledge,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). Each of you and the Company are a “Party,” and together the “Parties.” You accept these Terms when you purchase Knowledge’s KNW tokens (“KNW Tokens”).
