In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Property Sale Agreement, Property Purchase Agreement And Deed Of Assignment all dated 28th March 2002, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors/Customers and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignors and Magna Park Sdn Bhd (“the Vendor”) and Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur (“the Proprietor”) dated 14th August 2001, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Financier with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
