This Interconnection Agreement (the “Agreement”) under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the “Act”), is entered by and between the Company as here and after defined SBC Advanced Solutions, Inc (“SBC-ASI/13State”), and New Edge Network, Inc. d/b/a New Edge Networks (“CLEC’ or “Customer’). This Agreement shall apply to the state(s) of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin, in territories where an Affiliate of SBC- ASI/13State is the incumbent local exchange carrier.
