THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Meaningful Movies Project, a Washington nonprofit corporation and a registered 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization (“MMP”), and (the “Licensee”), an individual or organization with its principal place of business at the address set forth on the signature block below. Licensee is the group leader of the Meaningful Movies Group operating in (the “Territory”), which intends to screen social justice films for viewing by the general public at (the “Venue”). MMP and Licensee are each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.” This Agreement is entered into as of the date of Licensee’s signature below (the “Effective Date”). For good and valuable consideration, the Parties agree as follows:
