Keys must be picked up within two days of the rental date. Office hours are 7:30-4:00 Monday – Friday. If the key is not picked up, and a Town employee is called to the premises to open the facilities, a charge of $15.00 will be made against the security deposit. You are responsible for the key, and it must be returned to the Town Hall the next business day by 10:00 a.m. in order to have your security deposit returned. The key will only be given out to an adult 18 or older.
