ASTC supports the elimination of Single Use Plastic (SUP) items from its services, programs, events and facilities. SUPs – including cups, straws, cutlery, and take away food containers – are not to be used on Council land or within its facilities.2. Removing and disposing of all packaging materials, garbage and litter.3. Disposing of oils, fats or waste water responsibly (not in Council garden beds or drains)4. Keeping public traffic areas or access ways free of obstruction.5. Maintaining Public Liability Insurance (PIL) for the sum of not less than FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,000), except where the business conducted by the
