NONREIMBURSABLE SPACE ACT AGREEMENT BETWEENSpace Act Agreement • December 15th, 2022
This Agreement shall be for the purpose of enabling NASA and WSU to collaborate in order to develop multi-functional liner concepts for improvement in turbofan engine performance and noise mitigation. These goals will be accomplished by sharing and analyzing data jointly acquired from precompetitive, low-Technology-Readiness-Level (TRL) tests and simulations. This activity will benefit WSU by facilitating its research in air-breathing propulsion. This activity will benefit NASA by facilitating its efforts to pioneer technologies for advances in efficiency and environmental performance.
