This addendum (“Addendum”) is entered into between the Customer and Microsoft affiliate signing, as of the effective date identified on the signature form. All terms used but not defined herein will have the same meanings as provided in the Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement identified on the signature form (“Agreement”). The following terms and conditions amend the Agreement.
